Anyone have a picture of the opaque sensor range change?

Post by dostillevi »

Before I file a bug report, I wanted to make sure the issue isn't on my end. Here's what I see when I have long range scanners turned on. There are many such scanners in the screenshot, can you spot them?

I can see the slightest of changes on the highlighting of systems if I toggle visibility on and off, but I can't for the life of me make out any sensor range at all, and I can't tell which systems are "lit" without toggling.

I'm on 1.0.3.5 using a save from the previous version of the beta.

And yes, I'm turning on colony range limits on my next playthrough :)

Taken from 1033. When I patch to beta 1035, I have the same result you do.

Seems far too light then. I'll reply to the 1.0.3.5 thread with these findings. Thanks all!

In 1.0.3.6 still not good to see.
It is that hard to see, that it makes no sense to post a screenshot.
Nobody would see it.
I make a video...

Wait... there was said about something that it is know in the to do list..
hm, video already made... hmmm....

found it, here erik mentions this:
"Regarding the LRS overlay issue, we are aware if it, but Elliot's having some trouble fixing it. It will be fixed in time for the next official update."
