Captured Leningrad only provides 1 PP

The city is listed as a 10 but only provides 1 when captured.

Shouldn't it provide 3?

Not sure about scorched earth.

I have owned it for over a year? No damage to it.
I have Moscow too and that provides 8 so...figured Leningrad would provide 3 being a 10.

I remember it being a 5 a while ago...not sure if that caused an issue.

Leningrad is a 5 PP. I put in some scripts to move factories for the USSR in the latest scenarios. That's why it is a 1.

Odd says 10 in my game.

Maybe I forgot to update the image when I do this. I will have to check.

But it should load the next game load the right image regardless.
