[1.0.3.7] .net runtime error crashing game

Game crashes to desktop without creating crashlog. Windows event viewer shows .net runtime error as the cause. Dxdiag, event viewer and sessionlog files included in the attachment.

Overall this beta patch shows way less crashes than the previous one.
