No light woods in the TEC pop-up?

No light woods in the TEC pop-up?

Is there a reason why 'Light Woods' is not in the TEC pop-up? I see 'Woods' in the TEC and it appears they do have different modifiers from what I can tell by the terrain pop-up for the different terrain types hexes.
