My First WarPlan Pacific Victory!

Post by Oubaas »

I bought WarPlan Pacific a few days ago, and I found it so intriguing that I went back and bought WarPlan (Europe), too.

After messing around with the interface for three days, and diligently reading the game manual, I scored my first victory in the game today.

Okinawa. It was hell on earth.

That's right! We bad! And we don't want no trouble, neither!

Sorry. I live way out in the middle of nowhere, and my wife is at work. I had to tell somebody.

Thank you! I have to admit, I have a bit of an advantage. I'm retired Navy, and worked with all four services over the years, as well as several foreign militaries. So I know what all the units are and so forth.

My biggest learning task is the game rules and interface. But I'm getting there. And having a lot of fun doing it. :D
