flags for objectives

in WITE1 there were flags for the objectives, here in WITE2 I only see the points for the objectives. Is there a button to also show up objectives flags ? Thanks.

Yes, I know this button. When I click I can see the victory points impressed on the map for each city, but there are not 3D pinned flags. Do you know if some other toggled button conspires to prevent them to be shown ?

i thought that this flags are only in scenarios
not in GC
