No Remove / Disband GC41 scenario

As per the title.

Someone may say 'Mod it!' but my answer is 'Nay'.
Because mods rarely get used HvH.

The concept is that if this or that unit was disbanded because pratically ... ceased to exist historically at some given point; or reformed into another; the on map situation can be quite different.

That goes for both sides obviously. No mandatory disbands or removal.

If a unit is screwed over and its component cannot be replaced, down to the player to merge it or disband it or whatever.
It may be quite irksome to people IF their unit that must disband is somehow still healthy, maybe even a veteran superior to other units in morale and experience; and ... maybe their non disbanding neighbouring unit is the one mauled and only existing in the OOB as a writing on the paper.

I'd like it as default in the game but if it comes in a DLC amen to that.

Maybe as a diffrent senario would be the easiest way to make this happen?

That is exactly the aim of my proposal.
Exactly as there is a 'No Early End' scenario that players can opt to play instead of the default one - one with more player-management of disbands can be there in exactly the same fashion.
