1.02.27 performance resolving battles

I think this update is causing performance issues when resolving battles. They seem to take much longer than they did on the previous patch.

Yes, it does appear that one of the changes that went into .27 is slowing combat resolution. Based on an interim version we had that wasn't slower, the slowdown probably came with this fix: "Air units, on vary rare occasions, have 255 damaged aircraft. Fixed."
