i was trying to test smth and removed all units from Odesa

Only coastal artillery defense was left

Don't know. Does it repeat? If you deliberate attack the hex do some of the units fire? Could be something odd about the type of unit or the type of ground elements. Sometimes when we push the system in ways that weren't originally expected (like adding these coast gun fort units), it causes problems. Do you have a save?

i was testing something and probably overwritten it
so no saves
also i did this attack only once and i have no idea if it is repeatable or not
but nothing serious here :)
