Can't attach or detach units from an HQ

Hi,
I have Windows 11 and can't get the popup to be able to detach or attach a unit. When I try to click the unit after selecting the unit I want to attach/detach that unit becomes deselected and no popup appears.

Can you double check that the HQ is set to 'Auto Assist' or 'Manual' control setting? e.g. right click and under 'Set Mode' for the HQ.

If not then you would indeed not receive the 'attach' 'detach' options.
