Apart from the distance in hex, 100 MPs is the maximum for unit in supply in WitE. Beyond 100 MPs, none is operative.

In WitE2, 75 MPs is the maximum. The special rule of isolated unit (23.14) uses 100 MPs. Should it be a typo or not?
