How to see air directives?

Either during the air mission set up or before running it:

1) How does one see the "area of operation" and the number of aircraft involved?

2) In the above is it possible to see one type and all of them (whole set eg GS, recon etc)

3) Does the set-up sequence have a bearing on the running of it? For example, would GS, recon, air superiority (on the same day) be run the same as recon, air superiority, GS? Would it be better to run RECON on Day 1 and Superiority on Day 2 and GS on Day 3?

EFFECTS: In the Commanders Report there is a tab for battles. In the AIR tab I do not get any battles
