[1.11.01] Diplomatic choice gives no profile

Got situation where diplomatic option with rostock domain gave no profile, did re run the end turn few times and got new option with them, and once again gave no profile. dno if it will generate them frequently but did add autosave just in case.

2 saves each have different option that does nothing for profiles, but the alternative option did work fine (tested yesterday so cant remember for sure)

"yes they will enrich us" & "finding them a present" Does not change profile at all.

I did catch the issue and will be fixed in the upcoming open beta batch v1.10.02

1st one was a rounding thing. it can happen.

2nd one was a bug
