It's a small thing, but having to press control K to remove the hotkey display every time I open the game is frustrating.

Is there anyway to make it so preferences for no hotkey display are saved.

well I'm not sure what you are seeing as I never get this display automatically on opening the turn

suggest the solution may be in your own hands, check how you have the Preferences screen set up?

Hi loki. Thanks for responding.

I'm talking about the display on the top bar buttons that show which hotkeys to press. If you press cntrl K it toggles them on and off. I find their presence on the buttons distracting and would like to keep them permanently toggled off. But every time you restart the game they are back on again. If there is a way to permanently keep them off I must be missing it?
Any advice would be appreciated.

ah. ok, I'll file that under 'things I never even knew you could change', see what you mean but I'd never even realised it could be changed (or worried about changing it). Quick check suggests this is the same in WiTW and I presume runs back to WiTE1?

No worries. But if it's something that is an easy change at some point, I just thought I'd mention it.
In the grand scheme of things it's not that big of a deal.
