What are the limits of where US naval units can go pre-war entry?

Fury Games has now signed with Matrix Games, and we are working together on the next Strategic Command. Will use the Slitherine PBEM++ server for asynchronous multi-player.

What are the limits of where US naval units can go pre-war entry?

What are the limits of where US naval units can go pre-war entry without triggering mobilisation maluses due to calls for isolationism? Thanks

There's a 35% chance per turn of 1-3% mobilization towards the Axis if there are 2 or more US naval units (including Transports) within 100 hexes of hex 130,97 (El Ferrol).

So you can get away with 1 naval unit somewhere, but no more.

Thanks! Is 100 hexes from 130,97 (El Ferrol) basically the whole map then?

Sailing out a US Escort Carrier with long range aircraft upgrades could have some utility then, to help spot U-Boats for the Brits, I guess, or perhaps just a DD before they build that

Yes, the idea was to effectively prevent the US from getting away with having 2 units on the loose, but 1 is ok because they were already engaged in attacking U-Boats before Pearl Harbor.
