Adding other nations

Post by carll11 »

So, I want to add some Laotian units to a scn. on the NVA side, if I recall I just need t be sure they are nestled UNDER the nva in the org. list or move them UNDER a nva superior org. in the list?

or either one?

You can nestle them in under the NVA, but you have to remember to change Laos from Side A to Side B in the scenario editor.

You cannot have Free World Laotians and Communist Laotians in the same scenario, just a heads up. (for clarity, with the same nation id)

Thx J...I am a little unclear though regards " to change Laos from Side A to Side B in the scenario editor. "

I looked though the scn. text, I dont see anything that points to that, can you clarify please?

I'm at work, so I can't tell you precisely.

BUT

If you are in the scenario editor, look for a menu item called SIDES. It might be under SCENARIO or maybe under UNITS.

A new dialog will appear and you will want to select the Laotians from the left (SIDE A) and use the arrows to move them to the right, (SIDE B) and then press OK.

This is from memory, so I may have missed something. I'll double check later tonight when I get home.
