[FIXED B1243.4] Air Ops selecting ring (?) does not disappear

(Build 1243.2) Elastic red ring maybe (sorry if I missed the release notes) shows current air ops window is which one, but this ring is still shown after closing all air ops windows.

I noticed that this only happens when opening window by F6 key ("Right click option-Air Operations" does not cause this issue) and unknown "sdqqsd/qsdqsd" also appears.

(I will post the same report to google form, but also post here for screenshot/save)
It is well that war is so terrible: otherwise we should grow too fond of it.

Thanks! That was fixed in other branches but obviously not on that one yet. We'll sort it.

This should be fixed in B1243.4, please give it a try.
