Reinforcements not showing up!

I am play the Elsenborne scenario and I was suppose to receive the 1st and 9th ID's but they never showed up. No cards!! Anothe Cav unit was suppose to appear but it didn't show either!

I went into the editor and the three reinforcements are in the "MapUnit to Reinf Card Table", and the table looks ok. FYI
