strategic resources

Post by boldairade »

can anyone explain these to me?

are they different from production points?

would a strategic bombing campaign vs strategic resources make sense?

I think not. I believe they have no " value " no bomb. Each only give you 1% extra PPs if you own them.

Correct. The larger your production the more you benefit. It was the best and least exploitative way I could think to design it.

Think of it this way.

Imagine this.

Person A is department store manager
Person B owns a mom and pop battery making shop
Person C is Elon Musk.

I give each of you 1 ton of lithium.

Who will utilize it 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.

That is the concept behind them.

Funny, I was reading a report today that there is not enough lithium on Earth to replace all the cars with electrical ones.
Not even speaking of trucks.

Hydrogen must be a better solution.

so does this mean it IS a decent idea to bomb them? if Germany has 600 PP would leveling strategic resources make more sense than bombing cities because you could reduce the multiplier?

In theory yes. But is it even possible to target them? They do not seem to have a value to bomb?

They can not be bombed so do not waste your bombers there.
