Where did the ammo go?

I am trying to setup a test for my other topic about SU commitment and i noticed that there is something strange with an ammo
this is ammo for t1

I don't know for sure, but I think there is a routine that brings down what is considered excessive supplies/ammo/freight. There are cases where the number could go high for various reasons, and one of the answers was a routine that made sure they never stayed too high. I think how high is too high is different for the different items. I have a memory of 200% being considered too high for all the items, but I also think there were lower levels for some, and ammo was one of the lower soft caps, IIRC. The system was originally set up to bring unis up to no more than 130%, but this can be overridden in the starting set up. Also, units can drastically change size so we have to have a way to get rid of excess. My guess is that's what's going on here. You save on vehicles by having less in the unit, so there is some advantage to not carrying around so much.
