Amphibious Transports and Logistical costs.

Is it just me or does logistics lower the cost of amphibious transport costs. It doesn't say it in the manual from what I could find under logistics. Is it cheaper with Production or Logistics or neither?

Production tech affects the base price, on which literally everything else depends (MPP and NM).

Just played a game where I teched the crap out of Production Tech and it had no effect on Amphibious Transport costs. It is purely cheaper to use any transport type by using Logistic upgrades. This quite literally cost me the game. Japan's LRA is truly used over and over, and the sooner you get to Logistics 5 the better.

It does and it is very quick and easy to check:

Start a hotseat vs yourself. Put the corps in Tokio on a boat, should cost 50 (1/3 unit price). Put the german corps near Danzig on a boat, should cost 43. Both are lvl 0 corps worth 150 MPP, strength does not effect the costs.
That's the effect from 1 lvl each in logistics and prod tech (plus rounding).
Maybe you mixed up some numbers?
