UK ship reinforcements all have Torpedo Specialty

I suspect this is a bug...
Could it be just me?

I would have expected this to be caught previously.

So far it is March of 42 and all the UK CVs and BBs that have appeared have the Torpedo specialty as well as the Yorktown.

For the Yorktown, I don't know if this is a problem since all ships may have Torpedo specialty right now.
