Any way to review the combat pop-up messages?

I see where to view event messages, but is there any way to review the little messages that pop up during combat?

No. There are so many Damage Results messages that they are not retained in the Message Log.

Note that under Options > Reports > Delay and Options > Reports > Persistent, you can control how long the Damage Results box displays, and whether or not you need to click to retire it (vs. it disappearing automatically after a pause).
