GS not flying sorties

I`m using latest beta and an German using Air assist.

Although GS is toggled on , no GS sorties fly fighter nor GS ( FB or LB ). This occurs mainly during Soviet AI turn.
Affects all axis air commands



Some fighter sorties are flown but in small numbers.

Any hints ?? Thankyou
