Is This A Bug? (Strategem Roll)

It seems to me (from the lower right area) that my maximum roll is 152.

It tells me I rolled a 162.

I realize this looks like a desperation move to hope for a 2% chance, but it is really not. It is more of a case of I have too many cards.

So, is this a bug or are there modifiers that are not being reported on the screen?

I think the roll is correct with other factors playing a part in the outcome (advisors etc) - but I also really wish the game would be much more transparent about the odds initially and then do a better job of explaining the actual rolls themselves.

Thanks, Das Tactic, and THANKS for your videos. They are what helped me climb Mt. Learning Curve. Couldn't have done it without them!

Just for the record, there were no advisors in play.

With the help of you and others, I have learned where to look for information within the game. However, I do agree that there are times when the needed information could be shown where it is needed.

i noticed this too the other day, i assumed it was opaque mechanics working in the background. maybe something like a leaders willpower or wit stats having some small effect
