Italy Joins The Axis Automatically in June 40

I noticed in the latest update that Italy automatically joins the Axis in June 1940. It didn't happen in our PBEM game but we in to July 1940 when we installed the update so it obviously only happens when the update has been applied before the start of a game or before the game has reached June 1940.

I am also wondering if Italy joins in June 1940 if the Germans have not yet invaded Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark and or France?

Based on the event...on June 1st 1940 Italy joins if it is neutral.

It does not check if Germany has invaded anything.

It is only for new games as the data is in the scenario. So if you started a game before the patch it will not happen.
