Naval air on unit card still stuck at "1"

Mid-game my 100% efficiency 1943 naval air groups (outside of one ground attack tactical group with a 2) still shows as x-1-x. Was this never fixed?

This is working fine. The Naval Air value is the one on the left after the modifiers.

This unit has a naval air of 4. But you multiple by 100% effectiveness and by 60% experience. So, a little above 4 / 2 = 2.
The naval air value on the left is indeed 2 and the counter is correctly displaying 2.
