It is in the table (the fifth unit) and had been totally motorized.
I am working on the detail equipment but have not found yet. All the docs I found only mention number of tanks. None armored vehicles info. Frustrating...

Some documents say armored vehicles are all tracked. After checking production of tracked vehicles between 1931 - 1942, apparently it is not possible. Paused.

From Chinese docs, before Ichigo, the second commander of 3TKD was very anxious, old and new equipment were mixed together due to lack of new equipment, radio communication only got 10 percent. Shunroku Hata, Commander of China Expeditionary Army, said "The real combat strength of 3TKD is only 50% of its TOE" after inspected 3TKD. Still, 3TKD 's Blitzkrieg was like a boss with only 2 tank regiments joined the battle.

Here is the link of possible OOB of Tank Division from a Japanese website in English.

http://www3.plala.or.jp/takihome/formation.htm

Website: (English + Japanese)
http://www3.plala.or.jp/takihome/

If "1400+ tracked vehicles" is true, the "Motorized" should be changed to "Mobile".

Oops - it appears you took my silly observation as a personal affront! My apologies!

While I have no interest in the IJA OOB details, I respect your efforts to get this information for those who are interested. I also like the pictures you provide - most of them do not seem to be in Western articles about the war. Thank you for those - and please forgive my attempts to make humour wherever I see it!
