I noticed that after installing the above patch that my version still reads 1.00.17. In our PBEM game we are in to August 1940 so the USSR had already taken over the Baltic states.

I just did the scenarios. That was the fastest way to get a hot fix scenario patch out.

Otherwise it would have taken 2 weeks. When you do the whole game I have to verify it and it's a process.
