unit experience

can't ever get unit experience too go over 1 and they never let me use elite replacements, what's the trick?

Find a squishy target and make a few kills with that specially chosen unit and then retreat it... IF you get a full bar you should have an Elite Point you can upgrade specially hovering over and choosing. It's rare cause of the casualties you continually take on front lines to acquire this is all. Unless you're playing soft.
