Reinstalling, what if?

With the release of the new dlc (purchased) & the update to 1.05.03; what happens if a reinstall takes place.
The Stalingrad dlc is still at 'Installer v1.03.06' & the statement per this dlc is; Requires you to have v1.03.06 of Valor and Victory to install.
Will this cause that dlc not to install?
