Why no upgrade path for (useless) Biplane bombers?

Post by tiger111 »

I refer to the G0-145 and Hs-123-2 9 and the other one?).

These units as they stand are useless and historicall obso lete in 1943 onwards. Why no update path?

It would be nice - although a bit ahistorical- to allow update to perhaps the Ju-87 or level bomber. . At least it would give them function .

If the "purists dont like it they needn`t allow the upgrade.

As it stands I might as well disband them.

What do you think of them?
thankyou

AFAIK, these units were used as night harassment bombers. If they switched to a modern aircraft, this would have to be done in the game by a renaming of the group and with a new aircraft as part of the rename. If you know of any historical cases of this, please let us know.
