Please let us at least edit flags and colors of Empires. 6 different pirate factions around the galaxy... hmm, well, as long as they all have only one SSP...
2 different empires, twice... now it get's tricky...
another empire with exactly the same flag as your own empire and same color... ok, now that's definitely no coincidence anymore, that's just... keep it nice...
A much more simpler approach would be making sure at game start, that Empires yield different flags and use different colors.
Whatever is easier for you, just please choose anything, but not nothing.
