Best CSA Player out there?

I don't know if it's true the debate on 'balance is still out', but I am in my 2nd PBEM game done and finished. I am a quick learner and I really am still a juvenile player but what I am looking for is no average CSA Player. I am looking for the best out there to smash and prove if the game balance is there or not. In The Grand Campaign.
