Just bought this game and I can't seem to find an easy way to determine the number and types of units I have short of scrolling and counting. I am also not sure what the first page in "Report" describes.

Just bought this game and I can't seem to find an easy way to determine the number and types of units I have short of scrolling and counting. I am also not sure what the first page in "Report" describes.

The page with the graphs in Reports is giving you a bar graph of how the two sides forces stand in relation to each other. If you mouse over the blue bar in the land column it's giving a number of 65.That's the number of land units the Union currently has. The other columns are for fort and naval units. As you can see, the Union and Confederate land armies are at about parity right now. However, there is a huge disparity at sea. (and given superior Union resources probably always will be). The pie chart in the upper right is a total of all three columns in comparison.

Regrettably, there has never been an "Order of Battle" display in Strategic Command games where you can simply review your forces off map in spreadsheet form like in some other games. It's a feature I would love to see.
