There is a Vassal module for it. I figured, hey you might want a Crete game too.

I recently watched these table top nerds play Malta:

TOAW has two scenarios for Malta:

Command Ops 2 " The Cauldron" has three Malta scenarios:

1. Battle for Maltese Cross - 20 May 1941, two German divisions (one para, one mountain) invade
2. Malta 1940 - 11 Jun 1940 - Italian invasion of Malta
3. Ray of Hope - 20 Dec 1941 - Allied invasion of Malta after a successful Axis invasion six months prior

Also one for the Greek island of Leros, 12 Apr 1943.

All high quality scenarios.
