Running WITPAE on a neu PC

Hi Admirals!

I have been playing the game for quite a while now (almost 900 turns) as the Allies against the Japanese AI (Grand Campaign scenario, currently on April 30, 1944).
However, i have just bought a new PC and I am willing to continue playing WITPAE on the new machine, but without having to start it all over again.

Can you please give me some hints on the safest way to transfer my license and all saved files to the new machine, without losing anything in the process, please...

Download the game from your page on the matrix site. Install as normal. I used a thumb drive to move save files. Hope this helps....GP

I keep my WITP:AE saves on an external drive. Install WITP:AE on a new computer, drop the save files into the SAVE folder and you are good to go.
