[FIXED B1266.1][1265.1] "RTB - Exhaustion" state right after take off on MiG-31BM

Hi,
Scenario: Flight Tutorial 7 - AAW 5
When MiG-31BM took off they immediately returned to base with "RTB - Exhaustion" state
Platform affected: #3963

Same here. Rebuilding to the latest db didn' t help either. Save game attached.

It's 'fixed', but I also notice that the MiG-31s have 7 hrs of endurance time -and that's not variable with skill- while its peers' endurance has been pushed out a lot more.
