About the altitude band, as i searched these key words in the manual, nothing came out. So i want to ask you guys what's the meaning.

Its defined in the column right next to it.

Altitude/depth affects the performance of units. Some aircraft for example perform best at high altitude, others are built for low level speed. The information will provide you a snapshot of the kind performance that can be expected of a particular unit at a given altitude or depth.
