Umm... how do you calculate this?

As Akdarian I have my homeworld (Deepholme) and another ocean planet (Aticuihe)

I have the Akdarian Race Victory Condition of 100% for largest ocean colony - named as Aticuihe

Do you ignore homeworlds for this? (colony reference)

Is the calculation based on size? population? revenue? quality? (I have a more recently colonized ocean world thats 5700 size... just not nearly as populated... )
