[1267.1] S400/40N6 missile, burn time too long (4:25), doesn't "glide"

That issue has been mentioned before in another thread, I just wanted to start a separate bug report for it so it can be tracked better by the devs. Quotes from the other thread:

Because it's an awesome missile! The 40N6 is indeed very weird in CMO, it has a burn time of around 4:25, which is a bit too much. That brings it, as you mentioned, to around 230 nm full-speed, plus it doesn't coast after burnout, it disappears/peters out. Can be seen in the attached scene, the missile has enough kinetic energy to intercept the fighter, but it can't.

This but also the Target speed for the 40n6 is set at 4500 kt (which means it cannot intercept hyper sonic missiles). I assume this is a placeholder number. I believe there has been a ticket and numerous requests to fix the most powerful SAM Russia has and and I never saw any improvements. Which is odd because the patriot systems has missiles that are set at 6500 kt target speeds with half the range. Same goes for the Sa-5 For some reason it has unlimited fuel supply from launch till its max distance.

Also the 5V55R missile (SA-10B) wit a DB range of 40Nm still does 875 kts @ 46Nm distance..

The missle should fall down as a brick @ 40Nm.
