StB, strange air squadron

from the start of the game i have this air squadron that i can not send to reserve nor disband, nor get replacements for it
is it designed to be like this?

This is a data issue as the unit has a delay of 12 and shouldn't be located on the map at start. Thanks for the report.

I removed 47 ShaP-ChF from the Map. The delay of 12 is because the torpedo carrying IL-2 is not available until February 1943.

there is also this air squadron that can not participate in a battles, but can be moved between airbases
