Anyone else have to ‘fix’ the color for Western Air Command so it matches Western Front?

RE: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE set Color for Individual units
Wish there was a way for me to color this single Elite Infantry unit. This way it would stand out when I look at the sea of Infantry units on the map. Thank you for consideration and future implementation of color again for single units!

It would also be handy for highlighting Soviet units on the way to achieve guard status.

Any luck for this addition? If I donate $1,000 dollars to the company could this get prioritized?

+ 1 for being able to set individual units color
+ 1 for being able to set units symbol color (black or white symbol option would be ok)

Please can we have individual unit coloring like we had in WITE1. This would be support of LGBTQ+ with all the many colors!!!

There is a great deal of support for this in this thread. Now with supporting LGBQT+ with many colors I hope this will at a minimum get a big thumbs up!!! PLEASE

In WITE 1 I had a goddam huge excel with every corps' colors and all the different tonalities of a single one etcetc
In WITE-2 there is the wonderful thing of having the palette instead of putting the RGB values, which saves a lot of time, but then you can't set divisions' colors! Horror! I have already printed and laminated a table for the RGB values from WITE 1 so I would have appreciated rather not to have the palette and have just the divs' color available...
Also the 'reset all to default' is a tricky button. Why not 'reset all this HQ subordinates' or something like that? When I do set the color of a CorpsHQ and then set the color of the army, the corps HQ doesnt change color but if I reset all... Nightmare!

Re: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE set Color for Individual units
HLYA - I was able to do this. Bring up the scenario in the editor, set an army or a corps to the color to which you also want you division color to be. Then go to the .csv downloads and download the units. Open the .CSV file. Go to column "CZ", "hqColor", go to the line for the above army or corps unit that you set to your color and copy that color to the unit line and paste that same value in there, for the division you want highlighted. Save the .csv file and upload it. When you open the scenario in the editor your division will be set to that color. I haven't tested whether it will stay that way but I can't think why it wouldn't. Good luck!

Re: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE set Color for Individual units
This looks like it would work. The only caveat I have is that every turn I change colors of specific units based on my needs. So long term it may not workoldMarinePanzer wrote: Mon Sep 12, 2022 8:11 pm HLYA - I was able to do this. Re: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE set Color for Individual units
The process mentioned above does work but it's really not sustainable for more than a turn or two. I do see it reasonably usable during Axis T001, but that's it: no way it can be used for every turn...
Frankly, I would like to have the 'set color' back for everyone.

It was a god send function I used to differentiate things with the Soviets. I can color code from HQ's but not individual units. Or am I missing this setting somewhere?

Sorry but why do you agree with adding colours per unit: i THINK it is an uncessary waste of developer time and money and resources to attempt to put this mechanic into the WarZebtucker12 wrote: Fri Nov 25, 2022 6:43 pmAgreedToxicThug11 wrote: Fri Nov 25, 2022 6:40 pmdisagreedHardLuckYetAgain wrote: Tue Apr 13, 2021 12:44 pm Could we PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring back to being able to "set" color for individual units please.
