Weather forecasting

One item that might be interesting to add is weather forecasting. It would really only apply to the WWII games. But perhaps once a player has researched higher levels of intel they can get a probabilities map of weather in various areas or something like that. We all know the famous advantage that the allies had for D-Day and that would help recreate it.
