1268.2 - Iowa Phase II Interdiction Ship aircraft error

When STOVL aircraft are added to this ship (e.g., F-35B), a warning is received: "Unable to take-off from this facility due to runway/access." However, when tested, the aircraft actually will take-off normally. Save file attached.
