SHQ not sending replacements

My SHQ has over 1K troops and lots of vehicles that need to go to depleted units, but they aren't being sent. I have plenty of logistic points on the road net and the units are close to, or on, a road. Can't figure out why the SHQ is not sending our troops to the front. I sat one turn and didn't move a single unit or fight a single battle to make sure that wasn't the problem. No idea what is going on but I'm about to sack the SHQ commander! ;)

Edit - Up until just recently the troops have been sent forward without any problems. The Commander has a Command rating of 81 and my relations with him are at 99.

Edit - No idea why the one hex next to my capital is black?! I love the game but it is so frustrating when trying to figure out why things just stop working. No idea if this is even causing a problem as ammo, food, and fuel are flowing just fine. Only replacements are going nowhere.

Played another turn and the black bottleneck changed to red. All my replacements were sent out. No idea why it changed, or why it was black to begin with, but the war continues.

Just following up on this in case Vic ever sees it and might have an answer. Next turn the bottleneck hex was still red. It shows only 157 points leaving my capital to the Northwest?! That makes no sense, to me anyway. I'm not using an traffic stops to the Northwest. The stop to the North is allowing pull points but that should not effect the road to the Northwest.

Honestly you just need to turn off the pull points and start doing traffic manually (signs) if you want to make most use of logistics ;)
Its bit complex issue and im sure you will sink hours and get more than few head ace with it, but at least after that you can get most out of your logistic network, right now im rather sure you have thousands of logistic points going places that never need it :lol:

Or just dump logistic depos every where and try not to worry about it too much :mrgreen:

Well correct me if I'm wrong but pull points are specifically designed to prevent logistics from going places where it's not needed. So why would turning them off be a good idea?

In my game that one hex adjacent to my capital went from red back to black again. So I gave up on the game. Maybe I'll just play again with easy logistics. If the logistics of what is happening one hex from my SHQ made sense to me I'd struggle with it, but since it doesn't I won't.

Before pull points, crossings split all points evenly in every direction, pull points tried to make it bit better than that (and they did) but its far from good, just less bad.

Certainly a weird situation. The few times I've seen something similar is when either the truck station is not working at full capacity or it ran out of fuel for a moment in the turn resolution, but I'm presuming that's not the case here.

There is plenty of fuel and the truck stop is not damaged. It just finished upgrading to level 3. Here is a shot of the current points. There is nothing coming out of the NW side of my capital at all?! There are no traffic stops on the capital in this shot. I've given up on my game for now. Might start again at some point.

Maybe the road itself is just borked. Because for it to somehow not see it as a viable or more expedient route for supplies in that direction is just silly. I suppose you could remove it for a turn and rebuild it the next as a test to see if that makes a difference but that's about all I can think off.

So I rebuilt the road net out of the capital, ended the turn, and it is still bugged on the next turn. No current points leaving the capital along the new road. It's game over for me at this point.
