Bug no silicon

i started a new game on 6.4 and chose agreeable starting system. now i explored all systems around me and not a single silicon recourses in any place in the galaxy resluting in a deadlocked game where i cant build new stuff or research.

I believe that it is only at Excellent that there is a guarantee of all strategic resources being present.
I have had games at normal with Silicon and Cuprica not present in system. Going to Harsh system and you might not even have Caslon.

You have to wait on the Traders until you can break out. I HATE! the games where I have found a Carbonite mine, order it to be built, and am short 1 Carbonite to build it... WAH!!!!
