[1.11.08] 16-season planets have wrong season names

Having generated a few extremely-slow-orbit planets with 16 seasons, it appears there's a couple of consistent mistakes in the season name strings. Late Summer (b/tw Summer and Summerfall) is "LateSummer", and Early Winter (b/tw Winterfall and Winter) is "Early Fall".
