See my message in Tech Support.

After download and installation, the program tries to load, but the "spinning world" continues forever without ever completing the loading. What causes that? A Direct X issue? I did check the box to update the Direct X files, even though they were likely already updated.

I went back to the previous official install, and the newest Beta, and everything works. But, I am still unable to load the official update as the same thing happens.

Any thoughts?

You have to reboot the computer to get out of the spinning world. And, since I can't get further than that, I wouldn't know.

By going back to the last official update, and by adding the new '74 beta, everything seems to work fine. I did try to add the official update again, and ran into the same problem. I sense that it has to do with that box that is automatically checked that pertains to downloading Direct X, or whatever that is called. It's just a guess.

I'm not sure if that portion could be deleted and added back. Perhaps that would solve it. But, I'm afraid to do anything as long as it appears to be working with the Beta.

You can also kill it in the command prompt using TASKKILL /IM Command.exe /T /F
