A quick check, go to your industrial page and sort to see which ones have fail and see if there is any deficit that can cause the failure. In my current game, the only base (Kaoping) that I control with enemy units in the hex does not produce resources.

Ah, the Akyab trap. You won't be able to build up Akyab without landing sufficient supplies by amphib TF. The dirt road doesn't cut it. Luckily, you can create barges at an American base like Chittagong.

I know you are better than I am at getting supplies to where you want them, but I usually have to run Calcutta/Diamond Harbor to Chittagong supply convoys (the single rail line usually isn't enough for my buildup there), and then convoys from either Chittagong or Diamond Harbor to Akyab.

I also set up Akyab to Ramree convoys once I have that taken (barges or LSTs usually, depending on how healthy the environment is). Through those ports I can usually keep the whole 14th Army in supply to Rangoon and beyond.

I don't do that, as it is a cheesy move against a player. Only make barges/PT boats at legitimate US or Australian bases unless I could get a cargo ship to actually make them. :D

Doing a paratroop landing at Chiang Mai today...and I finished the turn, and now got to thinking did I set all my transport squadrons to airlift the paratroopers or only one? I didn't double check!

I just get near the end of the turn and want to finish. ;)

There is always one more thing to do or to check. Which is one reason I have never tried a PBEM game. I am, however, learning the Japanese production system in a mod without using Tracker.
